Auld Lang Syne

Auld Lang Syne est devenu l’hymne du Nouvel An dans tous les pays anglo-saxons. L’air de cette chanson remarquable n’est autre que celui de « Ce n’est qu’un au revoir, mes frères ». Je n’ai donc pas cherché à les traduire. Cependant, on pourrait approximativement traduire le titre par « Il était une fois ».
